Managed and produced meetings and large events for corporate clients (University of Arkansas, Mary Kay, Wal-Mart, Kansas City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Sprint, Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, etc.) Responsibilities ranged from planning, logistics, theme development, show flows, budgeting and billing to contracts. Implemented all aspects of labor management from staffing, production schedules, payroll and contract negotiations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, all while working with the client to deliver their corporate message.
