Daily Duties at Resourcis, Inc:
• Performed full life-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for both technical and non-technical roles with the following clients: Vigilar, Inc., Infosys Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Air2Web, ZivVa, RCMS Group, Trusted Network Technologies • Recruited and placed candidates on all levels -VP’s, Engagement managers, Directors, Principle Consultants, Security Engineers, Marketing Managers, Web Designers, Accountants, Business Development Managers, Account Executives and Inside and Outside Sales Reps • Interfaced with client (CEO, VP’s, HR Manager, Directors and Managers) to discuss hiring requirements • Coordinated and participated in weekly client meetings to train hiring managers on recruiting processes • Developed and maintained Excel candidate tracking sheet for client and management review • Created and revised job requisitions based on clients hiring needs • Routinely participated in and led job fairs and campus recruitment events • Trained and managed an offshore recruiting team • Advised directors and managers on appropriate interview techniques, strategies and processes • Researched compensation ranges for various positions
