Abbott Laboratories • Recruit professionals in medical industry for roles throughout the U.S. • Work with client and client vendor in identifying appropriate talent for various roles Unilever • Sole recruiter for seasonal hiring in Clearwater , FL , traveling up to 95%, which involved screening and hiring 100 plus candidates in a 3 month time period and managing processes from sourcing to onboarding • Recruited talent for various roles: Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Production, Finance and Marketing • Recruited candidates at all levels, from hourly productions roles to salaried professional positions • Consulted client on company hiring processes and procedures and applicant tracking systems (Vurv) • Interacted directly with HR Business Partners, Plant Managers, Directors and Hiring Managers within various site locations • Directed on and off shore sourcing teams and vendor agencies in identifying the appropriate talent • Participated in onboarding activities (background check documentation, chain of custody forms, offer letter creation and rescind letters, I9 forms, Personal Details forms, etc.) TSA • Recruited candidates in various areas of Human Resources from Jr. to Sr. level roles • Participated in candidate debriefings to gather feedback on interviewing process EarthLink • Recruited talent for Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst and Metrics Manager roles • Worked with internal HR to discuss hiring needs • Consulted client on market trends for positions
