Managed a monthly twelve month rolling inventory and forecasting model for five hydraulics manufacturing plants in both the United States and Mexico. Assisted in the design of the forecasting process for an engineer to order business for the hydraulics central planning group. Helped to maintain high forecast accuracy for the hydraulics power division during an extremely volatile business environment by conducting appropriate research and effective communication with all critical members involved. Developed and provided training for key materials planning activities primarily focused on demand planning inventory modeling. Created a logistics freight analysis (including factors such as: mode determination, safety stock dollar amount, and inventory levels) for a hydraulics controls manufacturing plant located in Searcy, Arkansas that totaled an annual cost savings of approximately $300,000. Participated in Corporate Leadership Program in Cleveland, Ohio that met 3-4 times a year for training, seminars, and presentations to senior supply chain leaders.
