Daily Duties at Akrion Systems:
Developed process and equipment solutions for semiconductor wafer cleaning in manufacturing, laboratory and at customer site. · Performed process and equipment developments for particulate, metallic removal and surface etching on semiconductor wafers in class 10 clean room · Applied chemical engineering principles into the developments · Implemented statistic design of experiment, data analysis and quality control in the R&D and hands-on experiments · Under manager supervision, worked with the team of R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service through the new equipment design, build-up and lab testing and gave further recommendations · Learned, evaluated, developed and transferred new technologies to engineering and manufacturing. Prepared equipment specifications, selected parts and vendors · Provides technical support to the engineering and manufacturing to ensure the new wafer cleaning equipment robust to meet the requirements of quality, safety, environment, and operational cost · Managed project progress and updated it to high level management · Communicated with team member, and supervised and trained manufacturing workers · Conducted customer audit and new equipment acceptance · New cleaning tool installation, troubleshooting and qualification at customer site · Demonstrated process improvements, monitored process performances and documentation · Supported customers globally including China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Europe · & USA
