Daily Duties at Keane:
Contracted out to provide infrastructure/production support to Morgan Stanley’s Portfolio Accounting System running in a UNIX environment. Results: * Point person between business users and technical teams located in London, Sydney and Hong Kong to identify, analyze and resolve production issues. * Developed a metrics database to capture and display AUTOSYS failures for end of month analysis and reporting. Results: * This published report provided the feedback necessary to reduce failures by 80%.
