Daily Duties at Kelly Services:
Supervised over 150 temporary employees throughout four locations for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company. Maintained Monthly P&L budgets and Performance Quality Indicators. Filled positions with most appropriate employee, based on customer’s requirements and needs by using the following recruiting tools: newspaper advertising, on-line job boards, employee referrals and attending job fairs. Vendor Management of 2 key sub- staffing providers. Maintained constant contact with employees, supervisors and management teams to ensure there was a smooth running work relationship. Managed and maintained Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment claims to meet Kelly’s standards. Reconciled invoices from all vendors and prepared for final approval and payment. Completed weekly/monthly reports pertaining to temporary employees
