 Maintained day to day business activities of a 12 million dollar on-site logistics/warehousing account in three states.  Ensured business P&L and operations management.  Utilized TimeCentre payroll system to keep accurate timekeeping processes.  Maintained positive relationships with assignment employees throughout their employment experience by administrating performance appraisals, disciplinary actions and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.  Utilized a behavioral based interview program focused on work ethic and attitudes towards policies, procedures, and safety.  Screened candidates for appropriate job fit utilizing validated assessment tools.  Built strategic business relationships with clients via proactive and responsive business relationships.  Promptly and thoroughly address all workplace injuries via PMI Risk Management procedures.
