Created a good dialogue to build understanding for the need for new record retention strategies, displaying tact, diplomacy and patience. • Educated colleagues and business partners about records requirements using a consultative approach to build trust. Systems included AP Records, Employee files, Journal Entries and other financial records which were made accessible to all global employees around the clock. • Established an AP Quality audit system to catch errors. Caught up to $1 million per year in duplicate payments and errors. • Designed and implemented new procedures for quality control, data entry, indexing, tracking and retrieving records all focused on auditing for data integrity. • Diagnosed and resolved database problems through consultation with appropriate corporate contacts and vendors.
