From menu planning to purchasing. Traing of interns from local schools.Sani serve cert. also cpr cert.and first aid.Always serving members on all there needs and diets. Also due special funtions from on sight BBQs by a lake or special picnic grounds. also do spcial dinners during the off season.And also wine dinners in Sept for 50 or mre people to the tyhm of thier choise
