• Developed and implemented a Quality Assurance process for the Golden Book, which documented the entire Production process for the company. • Established and ensured client technical requirements, including determination of platforms and browsers to be used for the development of the clients’ websites. • Performed Graphical User Interface, compatibility, and system integration testing for websites. • Verified validity and functionality of all site links using Alert LinkRunner. • Responsible for performing database data validation via Microsoft Access (performing SQL queries). • Testing on multiple platforms and configurations, including Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, Mac OS 8.6, 9, iMac using the browsers Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher, Netscape 4.0 and higher, and AOL 4.0 and 5.0. • Used Visual SourceSafe for version control. • Assisted the IT department in various tasks, including slicing .psd and Flash files in Photoshop, HTML programming, basic JavaScript, and Client/Server-side programming.
