Daily Duties at Answer Financial, Inc:

• On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include test planning, test execution, debugging, as well as defect tracking and resolution using Rational ClearQuest. • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and certifying program changes within strict and nearly impossible deadlines to ensure system quality, as well as using windiff to verify code updates. • Responsible for creating test strategies, test plans, and scenarios based on either minimum or no business and technical requirements, in addition to assigning project tasks to team members to help meet intense project deadlines. • Responsible for creating Project and Release schedules, including how many cycles of testing will be required, and when code updates should be released to the test environment. • Responsible for creating detailed and concise weekly project status to Management. • Responsible for assessing risk and communicating it to Management in a timely manner. • Experience coordinating code releases to QA and Production environments. • Responsible for using Query Tool to perform queries of AFI databases. • Experience using Visual SourceSafe. • Experience creating and executing automated test script criteria for WinRunner script development and implementation.
