Daily Duties at Experian Consumer Direct:
• Responsible for creating scripts using Rational Robot – functionality and regression tests. • Responsible for creating scripts to validate Production changes. • Responsible for executing test cases to validate code changes to the Web, Application, and Database layers per the Functional Specification Document (FSD) in multiple environments (QA, Stage, and Production). • Responsible for documenting and resolving anomalies via Compuware Track Record. • Responsible for verifying updates to Stored Procedures by executing SQL Queries against the Front and Back Office databases via Microsoft SQL Server's Query Analyzer. • Responsible for validating backend processes including age membership, age report, process payment, alert creation, order renewal, and updating membership status. • Responsible for performing automated regression and mini-regression on co-brand sites, for each family and platform, including PHX 1.0, PHX 2.0, and UCCMS. • Able to create Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), which is used to trace test cases back to requirements. • Responsible for following CMMI QA methodologies implemented by QA Resource Manager.
