Daily Duties at Alliance Bernstein:
Quality control monthly, daily and quarterly accounting reports for institutional clients with extremely tight reporting deadlines. Verified data in accounts are accurate, generating reports and preparing them for printing. Prepared special accounting reports on an ad HOC basis. Opened new accounts and closed existing accounts for private and institutional clients. Prepared, analyzed and printed daily Mail Merge for clients. Entered weekly hours for employee’s payroll. Set up Proxy Voting for the new accounts and performing Proxy Voting for existing accounts in accordance to the company’s policies. Assisted Presidents of the Department, ranging from managing phone lines and calendar, and various other special needs. Maintained database records.
