Mainframe and network infrastructure analysis and evaluations, ROI and cost justifications, hardware/software negotiations and implementations, project planning/management. • Negotiated cost for IBM iSeries computer system and prepared Capital Expenditure Proposal • Presented proposal to company executives • Migrated o/s from legacy system to new box • Migrated FRX and COMnet (Mapics Application Software) from AS400 resident NT card to stand-alone SQL servers • Migrated application software to iSeries and tested using live data – parallel run • Re-configured all user ids, printer setups, form overlays • Licensing issues • Executed the conversion and remained on-site to assist with any issues • Multiple conference calls interpreting a company’s strategic plans in comparison to their needs
