Daily Duties at Ericsson:
- Pre-sales and post-sales support of datacom and access networks. Packet and Circuit Switching. Specialist in ATM backbone networks (AXD 301), accesses Frame Relay/ATM (AXD 311, AXD 321, AXD 310), and customer care for ADSL accesses and modems, SDH transmission equipment’s (AXD 4/1-2; Marconi/Ericsson) and routers of the Ericsson line (Tigris, Danube, etc.; ACC/Ericsson). - Post sales first/second line support and troubleshooting of ATM/Frame Relay/LAN networks. Responsible for analyzing and fixing missing functionalities, malfunctions and trouble reports. Site assistance and emergency attention 24x7. - Field trials and training in ATM and VoATM (Voice over ATM). - Designing tools for calculation of allocated bandwidth based on traffic contracts. - Web page design for the area. Handling of HTML code. - Certification ISO 9001. Administration of related tasks.
