Daily Duties at Nokia Siemens Networks:
- Project of planning and deployment of Siemens UMR5.0 and UMR6.0 - Supporting the UTRAN Management systems for T-Mobile operator (Radio Commander + OTS + Caddie). - Responsible for OTS/Caddie support; trace, performance and configuration management. Troubleshooting radio and transport network configuration problems and capacity issues, related to RNC’s and NodeB’s (Rehoming; Adjacencies). HSDPA, HSUPA. - Planning network expansion and deployment/installation/configuration/ upgrade/patching of sites including UNIX machines, Citrix and Oracle Servers, Corba interface, and Client/Server Applications. Shell scripting. - Acceptance tests, parametric optimization and consistency checks. - Fault report support and management (ICTS/Remedy and CMSuite). Weekly or on schedule conference calls with customer. - Writing and driving tests and installation procedures. Analysis of test results and liaison with vendors and sub-contractors.
