Daily Duties at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital:

Participated in group report for floor. Found off-going care tech and received report. Performed vital signs and reported unusual findings to primary nurse. Assessed patients' comfort levels, got patients who were self-care supplies for bathing; those that could not perform self care, aided in bathing, eating and entered how much each patient had eaten. Changed linen, performed point-of-care testing as directed.
