Daily Duties at Best Western Beach View:
Responsible for the Food and Beverage Department to include restaurant, catering and lounge. Executed inventory of kitchen foodstuffs and disposables, complete Lounge inventory to include alcoholic beverages. All scheduling, and party planning. Supervised lounge operations, assisted with cooking as needed, area security. Responsible for hiring and dismissal of employees, insure maintenance and sanitation of facilities. Write menus, and when working with the sales department construct function menus and provided and applied decorations. occasional bartending and trouble shooting.Served as MOD on fridays and saturdays
