Daily Duties at Edward Hospital:

As routine, receive report from off-going RN, triage my own patients' needs, checked charted names against name bands, introduced myself to patients and inquired about their needs. Delegated point of care testing as appropriate, checked ER charts to make sure that all medications had been given and checked status of any required tests or procedures as appropriate. Provided support to patient and/or patient family and answered questions when possible.
