Daily Duties at Morrison Healthcare Services:
Responsible for food and dining services in various locations and in several different states. Inventory, online ordering, Food Production for 200+ residents. Writing special menus, maintain personnel records, dining room interaction with residents and guests in all facilities. Interaction with residents in all aspects of senior care. Versed in specialized diets and needs-working in concert with dietitians. Ensure equipment repair and maintenance, sanitation and safety procedures. Oversee retail operations incorporating new products and ideas. Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports as outlined in corporate finanacial policies. Participate in disaster drills, and performance improvement programs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
