Responsible for Appointment/Reappointment process of Board members. Plan and set-up for hospital-wide management retreats, and facilitation of hospital customer complaints. Maintained hospital-wide volunteer program, working with several area volunteer agencies, and summer student employment program, working with a local middle and high schools. Also responsible for employee service award program, recruitment, benefits, and payroll data entry/update.
