Daily Duties at Mc Kinley Associates:
HR generalist providing service/support, along with a team of nine, to an overall population of 650 employees, spread throughout several regions in the U.S. Services consisted of policy creation, revision and implementation, diversity strategy and training, employee relations, recruitment/employment, payroll data entry and update, and training/development. Specifically assigned to create diversity recruitment strategy, new employee handbook, and development and roll-out of variety of training.
