Daily Duties at Us Water Purification:
· Monitor system parameters (flow, pressure, conductivity, Ph, tank levels) and overall performance · Perform preventative maintenance, which included calibrating instruments, cleaning pump heads, replacing pump seals, changing membranes, and cleaning membranes · Perform daily maintenance, which included repairing pumps, instruments, valves, level/flow/pressure transmitters, wiring, PVC/SS piping · Completed daily reports on system status for engineering · Worked in a remote location - as single support for engineering · Worked with hazardous chemicals (HCL, SBS, Ferric Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite) · Lab / project technician · Build pilot plant system per engineering drawings · Run pilot EC/UF/RO plant based on engineering test plans
