Daily Duties at Compuware Corporation:
* Director and Corporate-wide Year 2000 project management – testing. No outages were encountered following 2000 year change. * Interfaced, trained and provided day-to-day supervision of corporate-wide Year 2000 Application Experts (10) to maintain compliance standards, test applications and provide test tools support. No outages were encountered following 2000 year change. * Evaluated outside vendors which ensured that objective evaluation methods were used to justify capital investments. * Interfaced with corporate wide Year 2000 project management office to maintain compliance standards under aggressive timelines while assisting teams with business-as-usual activities. * Supervised testing staff members on design and execution of business rules, stress, regression, parallel, security, feeds and performance testing. Evaluated needs, designed, developed and delivered training for internal collections software program in classroom setting and one-on-one training for staff of 300+ analysts resulting in 99% defect free implementations.
