At time of hire AR was $9 millon + - at time of leaving was below $100 thousand; Emergency Room AR at time of hire was near $100 thousand - at time of leaving was below $30 thousand; Implemented billing log for ER Coders; Monitored daily clinic pulls/returns, daily ER record requests; daily filing (done with Soft Med MR Tracking System); Monitor daily miscellaneous filing; Developed work quotas for evening staff, weekly task assignments and number rotation; Worked with Release of Information staff daily for urgent/stat request. Worked closely with ISS for online coding and dropping of bills.
