Daily Duties at Us Army:

• Conducted Develop and deliver small group instruction IAW training loads as scheduled in the Army Training Reservation and Request System (ATARRS). Provide support as mobile training team (MTT) or resident for up to 44 students per class. Performed management and administrative functions associated with classroom instruction and field training. To include the accountability of equipment valued in an excess of $ 650 thousand dollars .Planned, developed, and coordinated in-house product training programs for field support personnel and new recruits. Prepared training materials; developed course content; determined methodology; and coordinated the development of training aids. Conducted training sessions and developed criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Utilized senior military staff with technical expertise. As well as continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date
