Daily Duties at Lear Siegler Services Inc. :
Diagnosed and troubleshoot all laptop/desktop hardware components determining fault status for repair and parts replacement. Managed complete tracking process of equipment inducted for troubleshooting and finalized for inspection to end user to include providing training and support to USMC – MEF Fallujah Iraq, as well as support for all military command to include L3 . and General Dynamics. Maintained operational readiness and inventory control on all communications equipment. Interfaced with project/program and senior military command at HQ for any issues concerning communication systems under their authority. Configured, installed and operated communication systems “on-site” supporting government requirements as per the responsibilities held
