Responsible for all medical records;outside transcription reports;retriving and assembly/analysis of all discharged records;Concurrent Coding; Daily billing scrub report corrections and resubmission; Monthly billing audits; Twice montly HIPAA Orientation for new employees; Privacy office for Hospital(worked closely with Compliance Director in this role daily);Tumor Registry; Monitor physician documentation.
