Daily Duties at R. J. Tindle, Inc.:
Coordinate and implement all aspects of general bookkeeping. Reconcile and balance bank statements and accounts. Utilize chart of accounts to code and enter all accounts payable invoices. Prepare cash disbursements, apply cash receipts, research bills, and prepare reports with accuracy. Work in conjunction with the owner and top customer to establish estimating with complex progress billing for monthly coverage and special projects. Design, implement and maintain a database for complying with state laws and regulations for permits, and registrations on overweight trucks. Work in conjunction with accountant for year-end reporting. Calculate and prepare employee payroll to outside Payroll Company, to include maintaining all employee leave records.
