Take bids apart from estimating, put all submittals together for work to be preformed, produce all shop drawings, schedule on Microsoft Projects or Primavera, put all safety manuals together and hardous analysis for each phase of the construction process. Reponsible for tracking all data on the project and progress. Attended all job meetings and office meetings. Responsible for all change orders and tracking and payments for all changes to the scope of the work. Wrote specification for private jobs with no specifications. Did Estimating also for the company on specific projects and found this to be very entertaining putting prices for all projects. Material aquistions finding best prices for the dollar to keep the project within estimatings budget.
