As the Senior Logistics Engineer supervisor Initiated enhanced support to Headquarters Army Material Command, for Life Cycle management, automation support to 15 directorates of Logistics, for hardware/software management and integration and support As supervising Analyst Spearheaded Department of the Navy study which provided cost analysis of existing cargo handling capabilities and allowed for a transition to a new battleship design which is projected for completion in FY2025. With appropriations of $58 Billion Senior Logistics analyst I directed unique identification and radio frequency identification integration for existing and future combat systems integration. Developed strategy for design, cost and schedule to the program developed contracts and Basis of Estimates for design parameters base line. .Integrated Automated Information Technology (AIT) for complete asset visibility from the manufacture to the battlefield using Unique Identification and Radio Frequency Identification technology.
