Dealer Credit Supervisor, Ventura, CA 1999 – 2001 Led Credit team of 8 to 10 members to purchase retail, commercial, and lease contracts consistent with company standards. • Trained, coached, mentored and motivated Credit team to meet company objectives for quality, while also maintaining relationships with dealer finance and sales managers. Attained sales, customer satisfaction, dealer satisfaction, and profit objectives. • Met objective and managed daily business of Credit Department with sales objective of 1000 contracts per month of team. • Monitored flow of business with excellent follow up of daily review, solved problems and created opportunities. Audit compliant performance of department and branch to company procedures, regulations and law. • Formulated work plans and wrote performance reviews of team in reviewing and funding retail and lease business for Ventura Ford Credit branch. Responsible for moving team to complete goals and objectives. • Implemented loan purchase policy that kept liquidation trends in line and minimized losses.
