Daily Duties at Star Hub:
Delegated and co-coordinated different sections within the department and assisting in training new and old employees. Presented statistical information on products and summaries for the Project Manager / Client (Star Hub). Wrote summary trends over the course of the project and performed Quality Control on statistical result. Collaborated with facilitator to conduct a training seminar for a team regarding customer service skills, and evaluated employee’s performance.
