Daily Duties at Bristol Myers Squibb:

Schedules candidate activities including post-offer requirements and on-boarding process such as reference checks and coordination of background checks. Responsible for results analysis of assessment and post-offer components of the hiring process. Ensures documentation and tracking on all requisition and candidate activities. Ensure completion of Job File Checklist and provides back-up support to the Recruiting Specialist for competency interviews
