Assist students and faculty to trouble shoot hardware and software problems with various Operating Systems ; Windows 98, XP, ME, with various computer programs installed such as Words, Excel, Power Point, PSpice, WordPad, Visual Studio, Internet Explorer, VAX. With their inquiries or problems with their computer related problems.
