Daily Duties at White Cushion:

Maintenance and Support of all Hardware and Software on an SBS Exchange environment including : Daily monitoring of all Exchange servers, installing updates to the operating system, maintaining various Diamond Software and working with the vendors. This includes configuring and maintaining all hardware/software involved in performing regular backups and resolving any issues found in the performance logs. Installation and Support for all desktop pc’s running Mac (OSX , Safari, firefox) and Windows (95,2000, xp home and business, vista, IE6,7)) operating systems.as well as peripherals connected to them ( printers, scanners, cameras )., sharing these devices on the network. Responsibilities include all hardware issues, downloading and installing updates, networking for local and internet access including wireless connectivity. Maintaining and configuring all anti virus software as well as any malware/spyware removal for Windows servers and p.c.’s. . Support of all networking equipment including all modems, routers, switches, hubs, and all cable connections. Support and configuration for all leased line and DSL connections and vendor related hardware and configurations.( 2-wire, Netopia, Cisco Pix). Configuration and support for email using Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Support and configuration for Mace Security cameras used to monitor inventory and customer traffic.
