Daily Duties at Mohawk Industries:
Analysing Business processes and technology in manufacturing, inventory control, warehouse management & logistics to be realigned with corporate strategies to support international acquisitions. -Gathering and responding to requirements from stake holders, simplifying processes. -Creating functional designs, facilitation of UAT and following through after Implementation. -Mentoring team members, advising users and project teams. -Qualifying project requests for outsourcing, validating deliverables from offshore teams. -Developing Standard Operating Procedures to implement CMMI/Level III Processes.
