Daily Duties at Cynosure, Inc:
As a direct report to the CEO, responsible for the global servicing and support of Cynosure’s customers in over 17 countries, with >3,000 installed systems. Functional worldwide responsibilities for Call Center & Technical Support, on-site servicing, Logistics, multiple Repair Depot operations, Training, International Servicing Dealers, the management of the Corporate MIS, Facilities, and Legal departments. Responsible also for the development and management of Cynosure’s minority ownership of a $30M+ Medical SPA Franchiser with operations in 35 U.S cities.
