Daily Duties at Horizon Healthcare Technologies:
5 admins were dotted lined to me to help assist with the front office duties. I also kept personnel files for the 100+ employees and followed up with unemployment claims. Helped forecasting budgets and watched expense accounts. Approved credit, billed and collected in Receivables and posted invoices to AP system. Assisted with remodeling and move of office. Ended up being one of four employees to close doors of company.
