Daily Duties at Crompton & Associates:
Consulting with the Presidents of my clients, financial statement preparation, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and fore casting, startegic look forward financial models, creditor disputes and resolves, asset protection, divestitures, capital funding for business expansion, acquisition, third party negotiations of banking and bonding lines, and all other financial consulting.
