 Coordinated and managed the Arts & Humanities Program  Developed and strengthened visual, literary, culinary and lifestyle enhancement programs to encourage member retention and allow for new member opportunities  Hired and scheduled instructors who fit program parameters  Served as liaison between teaching artists, YMCA Management and community  Assisted artists with the fine tuning of instruction and programs  Oversaw program budgets, assistance with financial reporting and tracked and analyzed programs  Assisted with marketing and publicity of programs to the community in the form of print media and website development  Created and executed in-house marketing programs to inform members of the breadth off artistic offerings at the YMCA in the form of bulletin boards, wall murals, brochures, lotteries, word of mouth and enthusiasm for the new program
