Directed internal and external creative resources. Responsible for advertising, public relations, media relations community relations, cause marketing, customer retention programs, grand openings, special VIP events, vendor relations, co-op advertising, media planning and buying, direct mail, database marketing, email marketing, print, radio, TV POP/POS production, in-store promotions and major events, 5K runs/walks, sales contests & award programs, merchandising & social responsibility
