Managed 29 direct reports and 11 indirect reports in a fast paced (150+ orders/day) screen print production environment. Responsible for tracking productivity, attendance, order volume, yearly performance reviews, safety training, and interviewing new hires. Accomplishments * Worked with department team to improve dept on-time delivery from 95% to 99%. * Worked with department team to reduce lead times from 8 to 5 days (35% decrease). * Resolved order and production issues to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting and exceeding company return standards. * Implemented and managed department safety program minimizing accidents and injuries. * Promoted to Operations Supervisor.
