Daily Duties at Pittsburgh Financial Corp. / Bankpittsburgh:
Assist the CEO in overall strategic planning for the holding company, and its subsidiaries. Responsibilities also included the overall development of policies, goals and objectives as they relate to the growth initiatives of the holding company, and its subsidiaries. Direct management oversight of four (4) functional departments of the bank; Lending, Retail Banking, Cash Management and Marketing Departments. Direct reporting to the Board of Directors of the Bank for Lending activities including; Credit Risk, Loan Reserves, Portfolio Risk, Interest Rate Risk, and Charge-offs.
