Daily Duties at Willis North America:
o Lead international project teams on various reporting, data integration, and data quality initiatives. Develop testing plans, analysis scenarios and schedules. o Interface with International and North American Sales, Accounting and Global operations to align with business strategies, enhance development processes, and improve overall reporting and business intelligence functionality. o Evaluate and determine strategy for adoption of a Service Oriented Architecture to support the reporting and data integration needs for Willis. o Evaluate and determine how new technologies can positively impact business processes and information delivery or usage o Create and maintain relationships with external vendors to maximize software purchase value
