Daily Duties at Skd, Inc.:

Architectural Project Manager for both private and public sector projects. Private sector work included retail shell buildings, tenant improvements, pad restaurants, i.e. Dairy Queen and McDonald’s, office shell buildings and church projects. Private sector work also included performing ADA compliance surveys for various McDonald’s restaurants throughout Arizona. Public sector work included expansion of the Bulk Mail Facility of the Phoenix Main Post Office, Physical Security Upgrades to the U.S. Embassy in Sana’a, Yemen and Physical Security Upgrades to the U.S. Embassy, Lima, Peru. The U.S. Embassy projects required traveling to the project location and performing site verifications of the facilities prior to preparation of the necessary construction documents.
