Senior Branch Manager, with a $A3 million delegated lending authority, responsible for the merging of two separate branch outlets into one commercial and retail business unit (the managerial grade of this appointment was the maximum achievable (of five pay grades) before progression to executive management). Branch had assets of $60 million, liabilities of $25 million and NPBT of $1 million+. Managed staff of 17 persons.
