Daily Duties at Club Classic:
• Development of Bar layout and construction, including prices, costs, and organizational design. • Designed sales strategies and marketing tools for developing business. • Responsible for up to 16 employees including 7 bartenders, 6 waitresses, and 3 bar backs. • Assisted in strategic planning including band bookings, corporate events and promotions. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to schedule staff and track liquor/beer/wine inventory over/short counts. • Responsible decision-making for hiring and terminating for team building. • Prepare currency transaction reports (CTR).
