Daily Duties at Provenir:
• Functioned as Senior Project Manager providing consultation expertise to all project managers within the Professional Services group. Have provided project management direction and assistance on 5 of 6 current implementations through: mentoring Project Managers on core competencies and project related challenges; • Developed “QA Offering Services” for the Professional Services group to generate additional revenue for existing and new clients. Responsible for selling key internal and external stakeholders on the value of the consultation services. • Planned, coordinated and facilitated offsite company wide meetings designed for education and knowledge sharing for more than 75 resources within a matrixed organization. • Developed processes to augment existing Professional Services methodologies, including: project management metrics, formalized status reports, test plan template and others. • Served on the leadership board to set strategic and tactical direction for the Professional Services group as well as the company.
